How We Turn Ideas Into Products
01. Share Your Idea
You can send us a product photo, mock-up, sketch, tech pack or reference sample. The first step is simply to help us understand your design idea, target use and product requirements before we start developing the sample.
02. Printing the paper templates
Our pattern makers turn your design into a workable garment pattern. We develop the pattern according to the style, size specifications, intended use and target fit, while also considering movement and functional construction.
03. Fabric & Material Selection
Based on your garment design, target use and functional requirements, we help select the right fabrics and materials. This may include waterproof, breathable, windproof, abrasion-resistant, insulated or stretch fabrics, as well as suitable linings, membranes and trims.
04. Fabric Cutting
The fabric is carefully cut according to the approved paper pattern to ensure accurate shape, sizing and alignment. Precise cutting helps maintain consistency and prepares each garment piece for the next stage of sewing and assembly.
05. Sample Sewing & Assembly
Our sample makers carefully sew and assemble each garment piece according to the approved pattern and design requirements. During this stage, we pay close attention to construction details, stitching quality and functional components to ensure the sample is ready for fitting and evaluation.
06. Sample Detail Inspection
Once the sample is completed, we carefully check key details such as pocket placement, zippers, closures, stitching, protective areas and other functional components. This helps ensure the garment structure and details match the design requirements before fitting and further testing.
07. Sample Measurement Inspection
We carefully measure the finished sample and compare all key points with the approved size specification. Chest, length, sleeve, waist and other critical measurements are checked to ensure the sample meets the required fit and sizing standards.
08. Sample Pressing & Finishing
The completed sample is carefully pressed to remove wrinkles, shape the garment and improve its overall appearance. This final finishing step helps present the sample clearly for inspection, fitting and customer approval.
09. Sample Approval & Bulk Production
Once the sample is completed and passes our internal inspection, we send it to you by courier for final review and approval. After the sample is confirmed, we finalize all production details and begin bulk manufacturing according to the approved sample.
